Neighbor is like the first command, of God Father, yet the greatest is, Father above all, seeing Son and Father agreed in as One, so they as Won are One
For us all.
So Jesus said, yes love neighbor as one loves themselves. Then he went deeper, Love neighbor as I (Jesus speaking) have loved you.

So how deep, how wide and how high has, are we loved by God?
Col. 1:22 tells me we are forgiven, reconciled, made as Holy, even though we as believers do sin, have sinned even after belief.
So to not forgive, in the fact we are forgiven first from Father through Son’s one time death for all.
If one does not respond in forgiveness to others being forgiven presently forever from Father of Son in the resurrected Son, this is done.
Wow is me as I see the allegory Jesus said in Matthew 18:24-35, about us then going to be forgiven forever in Son’s death alone. Which today is done.
So does one forgive now to be forgiven, or does one forgive, because one and all are now in the present forgiven?
There is a gigantic difference in why one forgives. For under the first covenant, we were to forgive to get forgiven.
In Matthew this is stated in the Lord’s prayer, forgive to be forgiven.
Now after the cross, is that statement still true. If is, then Christ’s sacrifice was not enough, He would have to come back time after time to continue to give forgiveness.
It is Finished, we all today whether in belief or not are Forgiven, reconciled
