My stress level rose…
And immediately I started thinking bad thoughts…

Most likely to believe my wisdom is all I need.

Thank you for this reminder of his love for us all, while we are yet failures, from birth in flesh and blood, he God Father took this om himself for us all by Son’s one time death for (Col 1;21-23) us all to be reconciled as if never sinned from Father’s view to us through Son as seeing us as perfect.
In belief even through adversities, we might see a s not deny God even as Job did not, even deeper as Jesus did not unto death for us to give new life in his risen life from Father this is done in belief that does not quit, re see the last Chapter of Job, not denying God. Then see Christ is risen where this new life is given
Stress I am beginning to see comes from thought of being under pressure. Pressure that we I think are all brought up under to do this, not do that, get punished over this and or that. Hear thought(S) and we respond to them by how we choose to believe. Free choice and in not understanding we act and react accordingly.
EX: our bodies predictably act and react to whatever our present mind thought is at that moment. Go to a scary movie, and try to keep your body from reacting to,it.
Even though the movie is not real, our bodies respond to it, no matter if real or not. So I conclude this be why God has said through Paul,to us to renew our mind sects Romans 12:2 after one decides to believe God in risen Son for them.
