Top 9 Bible Verses-Waiting for Gods Timing …
What is that noise?
I am asleep.
Or I was asleep.
The curtains are still drawn…
The bedroom dark…
But the buzzing sound gradually penetrates my sleeping brain…
Reluctantly I put my feet on the floor…
Walk to a window…
Open a curtain…
Blink in the sunlight…
And see…
A neighbor working in his yard.
Really?
His timing is wrong.
Just wrong.
Not only the early morning hour…
But the date.
But didn’t the last snow melt from the yard just a few days ago?
Isn’t the grass still brown and matted?
Reluctantly admitting I am now awake…
I head to kitchen for a cup of coffee and the local morning news.
“Guess what happens today!” the perky newscaster asks.
“its opening day for baseball!”
BASEBALL?
It is March.
The average date of the last snowfall is still three weeks away.
The timing is wrong.
Just wrong.
I know the timing for opening day is wrong!
I know the timing for working on the lawn is wrong!
I know, because my sense of timing is impeccable…
Or maybe not…
Like the time I saw traffic light up ahead…
And I was sure I’d get through before it turned red….
And I didn’t see the cop car. Not at all.
Or when I sold a stock just before it tripled…
Or the time…
The list is long.
Maybe I’d better stop now!
And learn to rely on somebody else’s timing….

I I want it now! been me my attitude towards things, especially whenever in adversities. anyone else?
Since born again by God Father and Son the two as won for us to be new in by his lead not ours. What is up with us wanting to have do and hold, and go after stuff that perishes, including our own bodies?
Why are we, or at least me not letting go? I want to, yet I do not, especially when I see that ugly old flesh pop back up in selfish desires to have whatever it wants, and then demises how to get them acting good or not to get. Kind of like growing up, when Christmas comes around, do wee not learn to be good enough to get good presents?
And if we do get good ones, we each know we were not good enough, or just think we were or are! If we do not get them or any, we get despair send into our thoughts, that get set in us, where guilt takes control, as well as when we get good, we think we are good and so we, at least I thought I was better than others as talked of i9n Luke 18:9-14.
No wonder after one’s first day in belief Christ is risen for you to be new as Father leads in Spirit and Truth through you
No wonder we are told to renew our mindsets,
You think?
