The Christmas lights are gone…
The sun sets in the middle of the afternoon…
The weather is cold, and the days are dark.
Really, God, couldn’t You fast forward from Christmas to Easter?
Couldn’t you save me from whole seasons in my life?
Please, God, save me from the painful parts….
You could.
I know You could.
But if You save me from all my dark days…
I’ll miss the chance to grow my faith…
