So what I see is God’s got it covered and smothered for me, it is not me that can do it, it is God that has done it.
So we get sealed from Father at the first day in belief to his love and mercy given through Son’s death first. Then the new life begins in troubles to get to know truth over errors we all have done and even after belief to see this new life offered us to have keep, hold and cherish to figure out the perplexities of trying to not sin, keeps one in sin. What?
Galatians 6:8-9, just think I ca not sin, I then have a conscience not sin, and some things I do not do, I got that under control, but I see I have not got lusts of this world under control. I hear better get it together or else attitude of flesh nature that sounds like me in trying to do what I find out I can’t do. Not one can do it perfect but God himself in Son that did it form us all once in his death, where we are all forgiven at.
Just not saved until belief to see and be new in his risen life to be given you if do not have that yet. But do, because God is faithful as said in Eph 1:13 to us all. Not just the Ephesians, reads it from 1:1, see it is to us all, see verse 6, 7, ask Father to reveal this amazing truth to you.
Once see it, then here comes what, who and where, when how.
Only Father knows, and has defeated the enemies for you in Son that is risen for you to be led new in, not of self, for if of self then there is reason to boast, but not before God, that is for sure.
Being God is the one and only one that is good.
Thanks Bob fro reminding me of this amazing salvation given us to have in belief to he is risen for us to walk new in belief to see, that does not quit, no matter how many times we fail to see. Continue, just do not deny God and stand no matter how long it takes to see this new life in us through adversities as in
James 1:1-12 tells us all about it

It does start with self denial that is a fact jack. To learn we can’t and so need the risen Savior, Jesus given us from Father’s approval just as Father approved of Son’s done work for us to get new life in his risen live to walk new in and not of self
Phil 2:12-13
It is God that doers it, not us, and to find that out, one need to try first, to see their personal need as others see and are going to too
Not that I have gained, I have not, but God has for us to stand in and just be in love as he is in love with us, proven by Son being risen in our stead for this new life to take hold of us in humility of this grace given us, even though none of us deserve to have it ever.
Just move forward, put past behind us, turn back to trust to hear truth of and let go of the errors of. Learning new home to do as Father does the teaching Hebrews 8:11

Could this possibly mean me, when I am trying to do it, I do not do what I want as in Romans 7 tells us all about this strife we are in to learn we can’t do it, only God can and did it through Son for us.
So yes deny self to see the new life given us to abide in by Faith to it is finished for us to walk new in
