Loving that last verse John 10:28
So seek to be given, trust Father will, thanks to Son’s done work for us all, Father does give us new life in his risen Son to hear him.
What is said to us all? To believe him in what he has told us all through the disciples messages to us. To see what Jesus taught and why he taught it to us.
Re-read all 4 Gospels in his teachings to us to see, what being under Law reveals to us each of us. Can anyone behave perfectly? No not one, for if there was at least one other than Jesus, then he died for all once in vain. For if any other can be perfect, which no other can of themselves or with others help. Then Christ did not die for all. He did die for all, to make all as if never once sinned, even if anyone sin again.
What am I talking take for granted this done work of Father by Son for us?
God Forbid, because under Law, literal Law to have to do to get in, was not perfect. for not one could keep from doing wrong at all.
Try putting Ten Apples in a bathtub of water, and sink all Ten under the water at the same time.
Can you do this using two hands, even your whole body in the water as well?
See the purpose of the Law now? To show us our in capabilities to be perfect. This means to me what Jesus taught in the four Gospels prior to his willing death is. Not one of us can be perfect, whether want to or not. Not by ourselves. Otherwise his death would have never been needed to reconcile us all to himself.
As is stated in 2 Cor 5:16-20 to us to be reconciled back to God Father in appreciation, not taking this done work for granted and using it to get away with sinning all over again as I have gotten caught up in. Learning what having one’s conscience purged from sin means
For if I am not focused on sin, whether quitting it or not, matters not, For to have a conscience of sin to not or continue in it, keeps one trapped in sin period.
Gal. 6:8-9 so if want to see truth about work(s) in trying not to sin, see the truth and stop trying not to sin. Turn to Father and Son in fear of the flesh body we are born in. Ask to be dead to this flesh body, to be alive to God only, and Father will show you this as in Phil 1:6 promise to us all to not give u p to belief he does just love us all and by him we will turn away from sin.
Stand then see, yet standing might take a long time, yet that is short, compared to eternity given thee
